Mark Wenlock

Mark is a Chartered Surveyor with an MBA. His experience includes 17 years with Chelsfield and 10 years with Stanhope PLC.

He is a member of the Bridgemont Executive Committee and oversees matters including strategy, acquisitions and development.

As Group Managing Development Director for Chelsfield Mark was responsible for approx. £2bn of developments in London and Paris over the last 12 years. In London this included the prestigious mixed-use development at the Knightsbridge Estate, and Hollandgreen, the prime residential scheme in Kensington.

Mark established the Chelsfield development team in Paris in 2018 and delivered three successful developments including a new headquarters for LVMH and flagship store for Dolce & Gabbana, both on Avenue Montaigne. In 2017 he helped establish the development team in New York for the redevelopment of the AT&T building at 550 Madison Avenue.
